The Oltmer Food Academy is the division of Oltmer Food Consulting GmbH (OFC) that specialises in sensory training and workshops for the food sector.  Training content is always up to date with the latest science as well as industrial and craft practice – always consistently adapted to the practical requirements of companies, with direct reference to the daily work of the participants.

The best pre-requisites are in place to ensure the targeted development of a company’s own, high-performance sensory panel, as well as for regular refresher training courses, or training of your in-house sensory test personnel. In addition, our sensory experts can support your sensory panel in carrying out extensive sensory evaluations: both in terms of supporting such projects and imparting the know-how regarding the best analytical methods for these projects.

ALL-ROUND SERVICE

The organisation of the sensory training courses can be provided as an "all-round service", if required, e.g. incorporating hotel bookings for the participants group, meals, evening program as well as the arrangement of transfers. This allows your participants to focus entirely on the training content.

OFC TECHNOLOGY CENTRE

The sensory training courses at the Oltmer Food Academy take place in the in-house Sensory 4.0 area or – with specially designed mobile equipment – at the customer’s request directly in the respective company or at another suitable location.

The state-of-the-art Sensory 4.0 area of the Oltmer Food Academy is part of the OFC Technology Centre with R&D, analytics and production areas based on industrial standards. The sensory training participants can expect a practice-orientated environment that is second to none.

At the OFC Technology Centre, customers will find everything they need under one roof, for new product, recipe and process developments as well as product optimization of food.  The best conditions are therefore in place for a timely, flexible and successful project realization. Complete confidentiality is of course guaranteed at all times.
